The Movie Network This flagship channel offers many films, documentaries and series. It includes shows that air on the American channel Showtime. The Movie Network HD In 2005, the high definition channel of The Movie Network was launched. It mirrors the programming on the regular The Movie Network channel. MFun! MFun! airs comedies that are light hearted. It also airs specials and series. MFun! HD As with The Movie Network Channel, this mirrors the programming on the regular MFun! Channel. HBO Canada This channel focuses on the programming from America's HBO Channel (that aired shows like Sex and the City and The Sopranos). HBO Canada HD This again mirrors the regular channel. MFest MFest gives viewers the opportunity to view foreign language films and independent movies.
The Movie Network OnDemand
The basics
You can get a subscription to the channel The Movie Network OnDemand.
This gives you the chance to view recent movies from the comfort of your own home.
You get these movies without commercials and get a new selection every month. In the weekly newsletter, you get previews of the upcoming movies that will be shown as well as the new movies that are out on The Movie Network.
OnDemand also gives you the latest shows. You can then watch them however you like, pressing pause or forward as if were a DVD.

The Movie Network channel in 2011 aired shows like Dexter from HBO about a serial killer with an ethic code, Golden Globe winning Nurse Jackie, Vampire show True Blood, United States of Tara, comedy show Entourage and Tolkien like Game of Thrones.
It also aired reality show The Real L Word, starring Kate Winslet.
Documentaries
The Movie Net work also airs a great deal of documentaries and specials.
In 2011, they aired Journey into Dyslexia, How to Die in Oregon and Lady Gaga presents: The Monster Ball Tour.
