A payroll card is a monetary card that enables employees to access salaries and other incentives issued by the company to the cardholder. By using payroll card facilities, the employer does not need to physically deposit a payslip into the employees’ bank accounts.
Direct deposit into a checking account can also be eradicated. Payroll cards can be used in the same way as a debit card - the employee can access money from any ATM. Using these cards makes payroll management convenient for both parties.

The client company can expect to receive management details of all transactions. This approach eliminates the need of hiring more employees to handle the payroll department.
