James Cameron: biography

Beginnings
A Canadian by birth, Cameron was born in Ontario, Canada in 1954. He moved to the USA during his teens, and studied Physics at California State University. Jim Cameron's first major success in the film industry, was the epic science fiction movie The Terminator (1984), which he both wrote and directed. Since then, his film list has become extensive and impressive.
Career
Aliens (1986), Terminator 2: Judgement Day (1991), Titanic (1997), and Avatar (2009) are some of the well-known films in his repertoire.
