I get the message "A pop-up window has been blocked". What should I do?

Browser settings

New web browsers, be it Internet Explorer or Firefox have built-in pop-up blockers which identify some Over-blog administration windows as pop-ups. To resolve the problem you need to enable pop-ups, at least when you are using Overblog.

To enable pop-ups on Internet Explorer (latest version), click on the Tools menu, then Pop-Up Blocker and then Pop-Up Blocker settings.
If you select the medium protection level, your use Overblog will not be affected by the blocker anymore.
To enable pop-ups on Firefox, click on the Tools menu, then Options and then on the Content icon. Uncheck the "Block pop-ups" box.

Toolbar settings

A toolbar is a module added to your web browser, below the address bar. Google, Yahoo or Msn (this list is by no means exhaustive) may also block Overblog administration interface.
To resolve the problem, click on the pop-up button within the bar and choose "enable pop-ups for this site".

You don't have to deactivate pop-up blockers permanently. You may enable pop-up windows on the websites of your choice, like Overblog.
Most of the time, when the problem arises, your computer will give you the possibility to enable pop-ups for a given website.
