Spend quality time with close friends and loved ones. You need to at least maintain e-mail and phone contacts. Make adventure hobbies, become spiritual and do anything to boost your confidence. - Meditate regularly Practise yoga and meditation. It'll regulate both your mind and body. Once you start working on your fitness, your mind will become healthy. - Take proper treatment In case of complications, better consult a professional psychiatrist who will help with depression.
