Boiler care

The boiler care flexi costs £10.50 per month, and the npower team will take care of your boiler, undertaking an annual safety check and service. If the boiler breaks down during the year, the npower 50 team will fix the problem for a fixed price of £50.00, including parts and labour. If a customer does not request a call out to fix a problem within a 12 month period, he or she will receive 50% cash back. Prices are current as of 28.07.11 from Npower.co.uk

Central heating care

Similar to the boiler care, the Hometeam also undertakes repairs and maintenance on central heating systems and radiators. The central heating care flexi package costs £16.00 a month and care is provided for the central heating system, and there are no additional fees for repairs. Like the boiler care, the customer is entitled to 50% cash back if he or she do not make a call out within a specified 12-month period. Prices are current as of 28.07.11 from Npower.co.uk

Reviews

Some of the online reviews for home services offered by npower are good, whilst others are bad. One customer only gave it one star out of five, as they found it difficult to get in touch with contractors responsible for the boiler repairs, and the length of time it took for a contractor to arrive and fix the problem. Another customer reported that it took over 72 hours for the team to visit their property to carry out the necessary repairs. Positive reviews Positive reviews of npower include the cost of power provided by the service, and their excellent customer service. Overall, the reviews for npower available on the Internet are average. However, these are only a couple of the customer reviews, and there will be undoubtedly many more customers who are happy with the Hometeam 50 service.
