Choose a category or subcategory
ClickBank specialises in selling digital products. This means that all products are downloadable: No shipping is required. The ClickBank market place is wide and is neatly categorised. You can click on each category and see a drop-down box of subcategories. You may begin with your favourite topic.
Sort the products
Six ways to sort products By default, the products are listed according to popularity from high to low. You can sort them according to the following from high to low or low to high: 1. Average price per sale 2. Initial price per sale 3. Average percentage per sale 4. Average rebill total 5. Average percentage per rebill 6. Gravity Sort by recurring commission Some of the products are billable monthly to the customer. If you promote these ClickBank products as an affiliate, you get recurring commissions. This is profitable and fair to you as an affiliate. In other words, you drive a customer to the offer and you get a cut from all his or her subsequent purchases and not just the first one. 'Rebill' indicates recurring commission for you. Sort by market demand Would you like to know which products are in demand by the market (of web users)? Then sort the products by gravity. A high-gravity product indicates that many affiliates are promoting it. This means that there is competition and it is a good thing because it means that the product is in demand. The typical advice is to go for a gravity of at least 50. 100 is considered a no-brainer. Gravity may indicate affiliate sales but if you go into detail here, you may start to suspect that there is little correlation between gravity and real product saleability. You may even come to the conclusion to only promote products that have a gravity of half of 50. The reason goes beyond that of competition.
Get your affiliate link
When you have chosen a product to promote, get your affiliate link which is also known as a hoplink. You can do this every time you find a new product to promote.
