If you find yourself needing love seats or two seater sofas for your home and you don't have the cash to pay for the furniture, then there are a few possible places to look for a free sofa set.

Freecycle

Freecycle is a great place to look for leather sofas or any other types of sofas for free. Freecycle is a group which you can join where people in your area send out information about things which they no longer want. You can also make a request for things which you need and it will go out to the list of the Freecycle members in your local area. Many people who are redecorating will provide a free sofa to other Freecycle members, so you may be able to get just what you are looking for at no cost. You will usually have to act quickly though, as there may be others who want the free sofa as well.

Craigslist

Another good place to look for a two seater sofas which are being given away is the Craigslist. On the Craigslist website, for most locations there is a section for free items. You can browse there and even set up alerts for when a sofa is listed for free. If you are going to buy a sofa online from Craigslist, remember to only buy locally and to watch out for scammers. You should also go and see the free sofa in person first and make sure that it is clean enough to bring into your home, and that there is no trick or scam going on.

Other sources

You may also be able to get a free sofa from a few other potential sources. One thing to try is to go to garage sales at the end of the day. People may not want to bring their old sofas back inside, so they may be willing to give it away. Going to college dorms at the end of the year when kids move out is another option as well, as some students will just leave their old sofas when they go back home.
