If you are one among them, add some crushed ice. You will definitely be adding milk and when you do, use refrigerated portions. Adding a bit of sugar will definitely sweeten things up.

Blend it well

The thick concentrate with the different ingredients needs to be well mixed to make an even concoction. This will give it a good even texture that is pleasing to drink. It may be a good idea to invest in a good blender that can do the job well. Beat it up till it is nice and even, and store it in a jug or small cups that are convenient to use. In fact, while at it, you can make some extra and refrigerate it so that you don’t have to make it repeatedly. There's nothing like a nice, sweet thick shake to get you ready to take on the day!
