The requirements

To be a member of the Utility Warehouse Discount Club, you will need to meet the following conditions: 1. Apply for at least four types of packages or utility services offered by the company.
2. Pay your bills by monthly direct debit and that your bank does not reject the club’s request for direct debit as well.
3. All your utilities are registered for residential or personal use.
4. Transfer of utility billing for all applied packages must be completed within 75 days. Discounts will then, be applied on the first day of the succeeding month.
5. Submit your request for making a claim within 18 months from your date of membership. You are also required to agree to the following conditions: 1. You are entitled to make one claim for your membership.
2. The total amount payable to Discount Club members will not go beyond £500.
3. You forfeit the chance to receive extra discount of 10% on energy if you do not comply with the prescribed conditions. Note that your membership will also be revoked if any of your utility services has been cancelled. One promotional offering, for instance, is available only to members who sign up in the month of July 2011. If your membership application is approved, you can enjoy reimbursement for up to £200 in the event that any of your utility companies charge you with an early termination fee. To receive reimbursement, members simply have to present proof to the company of the early termination fee request made by their utility company.
