What are the different children's party games?

No child's party is complete without party games but it can be difficult to know which games are best to play when you are putting your party plans together. There are no need for kids entertainers, here are some top home party ideas.

Balloon booty or bust

Take some balloons and fill half with some water (not full like a water balloon) and the others with party gifts and party goods. Take some netting and hang from a tree or high place. Balloon can be added prior or after hanging the net. The game Now, divide the kids into two teams. The first child from team 1 comes up and is spun around five times. Then, he is given the garden cane and told to pop one of the balloons. If they pop an air-filled balloon they get the booty, and if they strike the water-filled one, they get busted, and sometimes wet. For both teams, you can add point values to the balloons. Air - 1 point and Water -1 point. Then, the team with the most points wins.

Balloon keepy uppy

Break the guests into groups of 4 - 5 people and let them know that they are going to be bouncing a balloon back and forth. The person on the active player's left is always the next person to hit the balloon (clockwise). Then, tell them that the balloon must always be hit from the bottom and in the upward direction. If you let the balloon hit the ground, the person whose turn it was is out. It is then that the difficulty comes, the host will be telling you which body part to use to keep the balloon up. Head, hand, palm, elbow, ankle, foot, knee, bum, and so on. If the person uses the wrong body part or lets it hit the ground, they are out of the game. This game is played in rounds, so once a group’s balloon hits the ground, they stop until all the groups have finished.

Sock relay

Split the group into two teams and give each team a basket with 10 socks in them. Then line up the team beside each other and let them know that they must put on all 10 socks and then walk to a point or around a chair (placed in the room, best if one chair is assigned per team) and return to their team so that they can take off the socks. Once they take off the socks, the next team member goes and does the same thing. This continues until everyone has gone and if the teams are uneven, just have one person go twice from the smaller team. The first team done wins.
