What is the definition of management?

The true definition of management is the ability to control and handle a project, group of people or scenario. You can be a Twitter manager, an office manager or are in charge of managing a high-rise building. The end result is to know how to handle the entire project without losing control or money for your client. It is an act of leadership.

Management is the ability to be a leader. Management is the ability to get things done. A good manager will make the business or the project run smoothly. Many managers are replaced due to their inability to control a situation and to create profits. A manager of a real estate company is a Broker. A real estate Broker gets to keep all the profits from his agents due to his expertise and knowledge. Having a licence which says that you are a Broker means nothing without the ability to avoid the consequences and problems for the company itself. A good broker is kind, but direct. He is forceful, but assertive and he knows when to put his foot down and demand satisfaction.

How do you define management when it comes to running a Twitter business? The fastest growing media today is Twitter. Twitter allows only 140 characters, so your skills in management are better be quick and precise.
What is quality management? Quality management is the ability to provide the best service possible for the least amount of money. You have to present the corporation as the best, with no mistakes. Management on Twitter or any place needs quality personnel, valuable information and a personable approach. HR management (human resources) must be handled differently. You are in charge of hiring and firing the personnel for the company, and you are not allowed to make mistakes. It is a place to be courteous, but not to make friends and companions. The management role of a Human Resource Manager should be one of following strict policies. If the people whom you hire do not perform well and they are your friends, you may have a problem firing them. You must do what is good for the company. Management is one of the hardest jobs in a company. All problems will revert back to the management. If the company does not succeed, the management will be blamed and replaced. Managers and CEOs are also the highest paid personnel of the company.
