Everyone loves a sale. However, sales are useless, if you don’t know, when the sale is. There are several different ways to find a sale. You can ask a store manager, when the next sale is going to be. Thus, you can find sales advertised in-store, in flyers, online or you can simply create a sale by shopping on your birthday and bringing valid I.D into a store. In store

Stores will advertise their best sales in flyers given out at the cash register and also on the walls of the storefront. For a guaranteed sale, check clothing stores as a season draws to a close. New styles will come in and the store will be eager to get rid of their previous stock. There are more obvious sales around the year around Boxing Day and Xmas sales. Peruse local shopping malls and check for upcoming sidewalk sales that are happening.

Your birthday

Some stores offer a discount on your birthday, so long as you bring two valid pieces of identification as proof. These discounts are usually not advertised, but are offered in stores like Anthropologie, Ricki's, American Eagle, Old Navy and Kmart. This birthday discount also applies to beauty stores like Sephora and Ulta Beauty.
If you can’t find a store listed online as partaking in the birthday sale, ask the manager, whether they offer the discount anyway.

Online sales

Shopping online for local stores is the easiest way to find out where the best day deals are happening, especially since many online clothing stores have constant sales throughout the years, not just at the end of the season. Check sales online at stores like Primark, Forever21 and Garage for two-for-one sales.
Many stores also give you the option of signing up to their newsletter which will be sent to the subscribers
e-mail to notify them of any upcoming sales or clearance. Websites like FatWallet.com offer a narrowed search of stores that are nearby and displays in-store as well as online sales. Moreover, it offers coupon codes available again either in-store or shopping on the stores official website. These coupons can range from a certain percentage off of the purchase price or can be used to qualify for free shipping.
