How do I send cell phone pictures to my computer?

Most cell phones today come with a camera. Sometimes, getting pictures you take from the camera onto your computer can be a challenge, but it can be done. Depending upon what type of cell phone you have, you can use a memory card or Bluetooth to transfer pictures to a computer. A Smartphone is the easiest cell phone to use to send pictures to a computer.

Using a memory card

Procedure to start the Bluetooth device For Windows 7, click the Start button, click Control Panel, click Network and Internet Connection, and then click Bluetooth Devices. Stand within 30 feet of your computer. Bluetooth will not work if you are standing more than 30 feet away from your computer. Open the picture on your phone, and select Send or Copy from the menu. Select the Bluetooth option. The Bluetooth menu will then pop-up on your phone. Select Look for Devices from the list of options, and select your device. Accept the request asking you to accept the picture, and then the picture will be sent to your computer.

Use a Smartphone

The Smartphone When you sync a Smartphone to a computer, mobile images are automatically transferred to the computer. Connect the Smartphone to your computer via the USB cable. Connect one end of the cable to your phone, and the other end into a USB port on the front or back of your computer. Sync the phone and the cell pictures will transfer.
