How to make your own office organiser

You can make a desk organiser using materials you already have lying around the office. What better way to start your own ultimate office organisation than to clear up some of your mess and put it to that very use. It’ll also help the environment by not just throwing everything on a landfill, another plus is that it’ll save you money too. So why not have a go at making your own today. How to proceed

Procedures You’ll need some boxes of varying sizes and shapes, some decorative paper, glue and scissors. Line up your boxes so you can see how you’ll put them together. You will need two small boxes and two medium boxes, to begin with. Cut the top 1 inch off the top of your small boxes, where they already open. Cut the top third from the medium boxes. Cut a strip of paper as wide as your box is tall and long enough to wrap around it with an inch overlap. Wrap it around the largest box you have and glue it in place with your craft glue. Cut strips of paper as wide as each of your boxes is tall and long enough to wrap around them. Glue them onto each box with craft glue. You do not need to cover the bottoms. Glue a medium box to each side of the largest box. Then glue a small box to the outside of each medium box. Make sure the openings are on top. Now you can store pens, scissors, rulers and other office supplies in the large part of the organiser. Paper clips and other desk supplies can be kept in the small boxes and the medium boxes are just the right size for organising your mail or keeping post its and extra pencils etc.
