I'm a busy wife, stepmom, doggie momma, tech company employee and health and fitness coach. My family and my health are my WHY. The reason why I do what I do and have a passion for helping others do it too. After years of sporadic workouts, always more about the near term goal than a healthy lifestyle, unhealthy eating and starting over time and time again, I finally decided to make a CHANGE! I made excuses about why I didn't have time to workout or the money to eat right but it turns out, I was wrong. I just didn't WANT to make the change. When I got serious, I made the time and I found the money. Consistency and Balance have been the keys to my success. It's really SIMPLE. I show up to work out every day for at least 20 minutes. I drink a tasty and nutritious shake daily, I make healthy food choices 80% of the time. I engage with a community of like-minded individuals who support me, encourage me and hold me accountable. Guess what? Those little things have resulted in reaching ALL the goals I set for myself, I feel so much better, have more energy, more confidence and more endurance. Hustle comes from the Heart.
