Simply use a large pan of salted boiling water and cook the pasta for ten to twelve minutes until it is all dente, which means with a firm bite. To make a spaghetti carbonara for two Ingredients: 200g spaghett 200g pancetta or chopped streaky bacon 2 eggs 3 tablespoons of grated parmesan Cook the spaghetti as shown above. Meanwhile, fry the bacon or pancetta in a dry pan until the fat runs free. Whisk up the eggs and parmesan together. When the spaghetti is cooked, drain it and add the bacon and the egg mixture and stir in the pan for one minute. Serve. Alternatively, for a very light lunch, simply drain some cooked spaghetti, stir in a tablespoon of butter, dish onto plates and sprinkle with grated parmesan.
