Unfortunately, the resort can not offer you a complimentary drive, since the local Taxi Union does not allow complimentary shuttles from the airport to the hotels.
If you reach Cozumel by sea or ground take a taxi from the taxi station at the exit of the Cozumel Downtown Pier.
The taxi will cost you less than 5 $ to take you to Cozumel Resort.
You may as well pick up a car from one of the car rental companies you will find at the Downtown Pier.
