On the civilian careers page of the Ministry of Defence website, there are two links on the right side of the screen which link to vacancy sources for civilian jobs. These websites will allow you to search and apply for suitable vacancies.
Types of jobs

The application process
After you have applied for civilian jobs, you will receive confirmation of your completed application through the 'Communication Centre' where application status will change to 'Application Received'.
Criteria
Upon receipt of applications, the Human Resources section will check through applications thoroughly to ensure that candidates meet the criteria required to undertake the post as specified in the person specification and job description.
Sift panel
A ‘sift panel’ is set up usually within a week of the closing date and the purpose of this panel is to assess the merit of applications in order to produce a list of applicants to invite for interview.
Interview
Successful candidates will be notified by email if they have been invited for an interview for the post. Upon receipt of this email, the candidate will then need to click on the link to book their interview slot.
