All about: Cyber law
If you are interested in law, then you have probably studied Internet or Cyber Law at one point or another. This is the form of law and law enforcement related to Internet Technology. It has become an increasingly important epidemic. Moreover, the law enforcement agencies around the world have created more sophisticated "White Collar Crime Enforcement" Agencies. This article will discuss on Cyber Law and how it pertains to you.

Cyber fraud
One of the most potent cyber crimes is internet fraud. Normally associated with theft, it has become more prevalent as more and more hacking websites advertise how to do it easily. Normally, this involves stealing one person's bank account log in or PayPal login and using it to steal his or her money. This is considered felonious in many countries and there are severe minimum security prison sentences, if one is caught doing this. The person's ISP will turn over his or her records to the security, then he or she will need an Internet trial lawyer. This is a defence lawyer who specialises in white collar crimes which correlate to Internet crimes.
Cyber attacks
Another branch of internet crimes is known informally as Internet terrorism. This occurs when an individual or a group of individuals attempt to breach security on a different network to gain access and extort the users of that foreign network. One such example is website and forum hacking. Almost, every non-third world country has numerous laws against this, including felonious unauthorised computer access, vandalism, and possibly theft of information, depending on what content is contained in the website that one has broken into. Again, one would need an Internet Technology lawyer for a White Collar Crimes trial. Note that the prisons for such crimes as those discussed here are normally vastly different from prisons for violent crimes. Typically, these contain criminals who have committed commensurate crimes to Internet technology crimes, and are therefore typically not violent individuals. That being said, most decent jobs will not take a convicted felon as an employee, which means that if you commit almost any internet crime, you will find yourself not only imprisoned, but also most likely unemployed upon release.
