The Juniper card was actually a reward card offered by different merchants and utilised through the Juniper Bank. The Juniper Visa card or other Juniper cards were issued before 2004. Although the name of Juniper Bank changed when it was bought out by Barclays, the new Barclays Bank of Delaware still issues certain Juniper cards. Even though the cards do not show the Juniper name, the original partnerships remain in effect. If you have Barclays bank accounts, you can ask the bank for a Juniper card, if you are interested. There are some differences between the Juniper rewards card and the Barclays Bank credit card.
