Here are the list that you have to take into consideration: a) The value of the land where you are going to build the house, if you did not have any property yet. Choosing a decent state is great because you can cut some money on tax and maintenance. b) Your home design. It is better for you to stick to simple square shape for the home because it will require less difficult work. c) The construction cost. Choose a reputable house builder, although they do not come cheap but it will avoid you from having to repair your house because of the lousy work by the builder especially the drainage and piping system. d) The material for your home. Just use the standard materials for your house if you want to stick to your budget. You could also use the recycled materials. Recycled materials are eco-friendly and help you cut your budget to almost half! e) Finally, you also have to consider the cabinet you want to install. Install a cabinet in the area needed only such as the kitchen. Contract and negotiation You need to choose the homebuilder who can cover the most work in building your home. You should avoiding from contracting another company so that the costs are greatly reduces. You need to learn to negotiate the price well and read the contract thoroughly because there might be some unnecessary service from the home builder that you will not need.
