Steps
1. Open up your chosen Celebrity Soundboard. 2. Dial the number of the person you want to make a prank call to. 3. Make sure you turn on your phone's speaker function. Then place the phone near to your computer's speakers. 4. Wait for your chosen person to pick up. 5. Press random buttons on your chosen soundboard and let the prank games begin. 6. Continue until the person on the other end has enough and hangs up.

Try not to laugh too much.
