Different types of foot scrubs

Foot scrub using brown sugar This home-made foot scrub acts very much like the brown sugar body scrub. You can make this scrub using 2 tablespoons brown sugar, 2 tablespoons ground oats, 2 tablespoons aloe vera gel, 1 tablespoon honey, 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice, and 1 teaspoon almond oil or olive oil. Mix these in a large bowl and mix until a paste is formed. Massage gently on your feet and rinse off with lukewarm water. Salt foot scrub The ingredients for this scrub are one cup of sea salt or Epsom salt, half cup of cold water and two drops of lavender essential oil. Add water to sea salt and lavender oil to make a paste. Apply it on your feet in circular motions, and rinse off with warm water. Coffee foot scrub You will need 4 tablespoons of ground coffee, 3 tablespoons of corn meal or ground oatmeal, 3 tablespoons of sea salt or Epsom salt, 3 tablespoons of olive or almond oil and 2 drops of lavender oil to make coffee foot scrub. Do not forget to clean your feet before applying the aforementioned home-made scrubs.
