Young Living oils are grown on four farms. They are located in the United States in Mona, Utah and in St. Maries, Idaho. They have a location in France at Simiane-la-Rotonde and one in Guayaquil, Ecuador. They grow, distill and sell a large variety of herbal extracts made from plants. The "seed to seal" process They utilise a "Seed to Seal" process, which maintains a high quality in the essential oils. The therapeutic grade quality of their oils is guaranteed by their control of the entire manufacturing process, from planting to sales. They are careful to plant seeds in the best habitat for each plants oil production. When harvested, the plants are distilled by a steam extraction process, maintaining proper temperature to ensure the best quality oils. Young Living oils are of the best quality and are known to be very potent.

Young Living oils are sold as single and blended essential oil blends. The oils are produced and sold as a wide variety of individual and blended products. The company also makes healthcare products, such as a shampoo made with copaiba and vanilla or a lavender mint hair conditioner. They also sell products such as a bag of frankincense. Ultrasonic diffuser Their ultrasonic diffuser is used to help spread the scents in the oils around a room. They also produce an annual calendar, features photos from around the world. Manufacturing of vitamins In the nutrition arena, the company also manufactures vitamins which combine vitamins and herbal products, such as their QuadShield, which is made up of Melrose and Thyromin and is said to balance the hormonal system. They also make meal replacements or medical foods, such as their Balance Complete, which contains wolfberry powder and whey protein along with fiber, protein, fats, enzymes, and vitamins.
