Holidaying in the Seven Sisters Country Park

Seven Sisters Country Park is made up of chalk cliffs, grasslands and river valleys. The area of this country park is about 280 hectares. The place has been made after the popular Seven Sisters that is a part of the Sussex Heritage Coast’s chalk cliffs. Getting there

Seven Sisters Country Park is located at East Sussex, in Exceat specifically. The place can easily be accessed by car. However, if vacationers decide on travelling using their own transport, it would be important to note that there is a permit scheme for car parking. There will be a charge of £2.50 for the first two hours, and then additional payment will have to be made if parking exceeds two hours. For those who do not plan to ride their own cars, public transportation is also available. Buses from Seaford or Brighton or Eastbourne stop at the country park’s entrance, so there is no worry about being lost. There are also Rail Services from London travelling to Seaford, Brighton or Eastbourne.

Rooms for rent

Tourists who are holidaying at the country park have the option to rent a room for activities that they might want to hold while vacationing in the place. There are several options for rooms that can be rented at Seven Sisters. The Turkey Barn is a conference-style room that can accommodate 35 people. Tables and chairs can be used as part of the rent. Beverages like teas or coffee, and meals like lunches, can be requested. Exceat Farmhouse Restaurant will be the one who will be catering any food or beverage that will be ordered. The room can be rented for a minimum of two hours but it can also be rented for a full day. Another room for rent at the place is the Pump Barn. This room is actually an old building which has been used, and is still being used, for education activities at the country park. As long as there are no conflicts with the building’s educational use, the room is available to be rented.

A number of activities can be done at the Seven Sisters Country Park. It is an ideal venue for outdoor activities because the place is an open countryside.
