Overview
Who are T-Bags?
T-Bags is the creative genius of Shadi Askari-Farhat and Su-Lyn Tay. The brand epitomises sexy, sophisticated and instinctive style. Their collections feature their signature prints, bold solids, bohemian chic and vintage charm.
How did it start?
The brand started in 2001 as a handbag line.
Shadi and Su-Lyn met at the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising in L.A. They recognised a lack of affordable but inventive collections.
They started transforming vintage fabrics, suede and upholstery into handbags.
The business began to grow and it naturally progressed into creating clothing.
