If you have any other great anti virus programs which you paid for such as ESET, Norton, Kaspersky, AVG, or etc, you can use those. Find the source of the virus Sometimes, the virus does not allow you to install any anti virus programs, and this could be a nightmare. The best thing do is try to find the source of the virus and remove or not let it run at all. You can do this by downloading a program called rkill and run it. If you run rkill, this handy program will completely kill the virus which is running. If needed, you can reboot your computer in safe mode and use rkill to kill the virus. After that, you can proceed in installing and cleaning your computer with the anti virus program that you have.
