Grilled chicken breast
Prepare the ingredients
Place one tablespoon of dried or fresh thyme, one tablespoon of olive oil, black pepper and salt to taste, the juice from one lemon and three cloves of chopped garlic into a mixing bowl and combine all together. Add one boneless chicken breast per person and ensure that each chicken breast is covered in the mixture.

After five minutes, turn each chicken breast over and continue cooking for a further five minutes. Cooking

Turn the chicken frequently to ensure that an even colour is achieved across the surface of the bread crumbed chicken. Use a knife to check that the chicken is cooked with the meat juices being clear in colour and free of any blood.
