A no-carbohydrates diet plan is one where you consume not more than two grams of carbohydrates per a quarter cup of food. The no-carbohydrates diet is mainly a meat eater's diet full of protein and high in saturated fat. Other foods such as most vegetables, cheese, oils and some fruits can be eaten also. The Atkins diet is based on this type of program and is used by thousands with success.

What is a no-carbohydrates diet?

The idea of a no-carbohydrates diet may seem appealing in the beginning with easy dieting meals and lots of meat, fish and chicken. However, this type of diet can only be healthy with low fat proteins, lots of veggies and only healthy oils. The Atkins diets consist of limited carbohydrates with up to 20 carbohydrates per day. His transformation was amazing. His diet consisted of egg whites, yogurts, lean proteins, fruit and water. Drew Carey dropped 10 pant sizes. He went from a size 44 to a size 33 to 34 pant size.
