A no-carbohydrates diet plan is one where you consume not more than two grams of carbohydrates per a quarter cup of food. The no-carbohydrates diet is mainly a meat eater's diet full of protein and high in saturated fat. Other foods such as most vegetables, cheese, oils and some fruits can be eaten also.
