Disney has made a name for themselves for cartoon characters that we all love and enjoy watching on screen. However, which ones would we say are the most famous, and why? When we think of Disney, do we think of the classic hand drawn cartoon characters, or do we think of the more recent computer generated one from Disney Pixar?

The story that is portrayed on screen, we have all seen a Donald duck cartoon, duck tales being a favourite for Saturday mornings. Historical images The classic Walt Disney images have a place in history. Especially Mickey Mouse, who Disney use as part of their emblem. Cartoon images for the family consistently come from Disney.

Toy Story with Buzz Lightyear and Woody, Cars with Lightning McQueen, Monsters Inc with Sully and Mikey, and obviously Nemo in Finding Nemo. We can perhaps say that Mickey Mouse who started Disney on the path to cartoon royalty is perhaps the most famous, as he is part of the logo we see at the start of their films. Pictures of Disney usually come with the Mickey Mouse ears and all Disney characters have a place in our hearts, as they are family friendly characters and films. Disney's Donald Duck who is always trying to upstage Mickey is also one of the best loved characters that Disney has given to viewers worldwide.
