Kids love to watch their mothers cook and bake, sometimes eager to get their hands into the bowls and help with the cooking. Letting kids help in the kitchen allows time for bonding and learning. Here are five easy recipes for kids they can enjoy making and eating for breakfast, lunch and snacks.

Fun toast egg wrap
1. Heat oil in a frying pan.
2. Beat two eggs slightly with fork.
3. Pour eggs into pan and spread it thinly and making an ‘egg sheet'.
4. Put a slice of cheese in the middle while the eggs are still slightly runny.
5. Put one piece of bread on top of cheese.
7. Wrap the whole thing with the 'egg sheet'.
8. Serve hot.
Egg-cellent Toast
Heat oil or butter on a frying pan then add one piece of toasted bread.
Let bread cook for one minute.
Then, crack the egg over the bread so the egg yolk fills the circle.
Add a little salt, then turn over.
Let egg cook for about two minutes.
Remove from pan.
Place a dab of strawberry jam on top.
Tuna burgers

Easy cooking for kids can also be healthy!
Drain one18-ounce can tuna well and pour into mixing bowl.
Add one teaspoon garlic salt, half teaspoon salt, one quarter teaspoon pepper, two tablespoons chopped cilantro, one egg and one quarter cup flour.
Stir well until the mixture is thick and sticky.
Form small patties then fry them in a pan, turning once until golden brown.
Drain on paper towel.
Serve on buns as a "tuna burger" with lettuce and a dollop of tartar sauce on top.
Chocolate Cornflake Clusters

Snacks for children need not be complicated!
Preheat oven to 325F degrees. Mix together:
-Two cups cornflakes, crushed
-3/4 cups craisins (dried cranberries)
-3/4 cups flaked almonds
-3/4 cup shredded coconut
-3/4 cup sweetened, condensed milk
Prepare 2 cups melted milk chocolate chips.
Line a cookie sheet with foil and grease. Spoon cornflake clusters onto cookie sheet, about 1 tablespoon per cluster.
Bake for 15 minutes until golden brown. Remove from oven and cool for 5 minutes. Then spread the bottom of the clusters with the melted chocolate. Let the chocolate harden, then turn clusters over and drizzle more chocolate over the top.
Easy peanut butter cookie recipe

This simple recipe is a great snack for kids!
Preheat the oven to 375F degrees. Mix these ingredients together:
-One cup of peanut butter
-One cup sugar
-One egg
Lightly grease your cookie pan so they won't stick.
Then take a tablespoon of dough and put it on the cookie sheet.
Fill your sheet.
Bake for ten minutes.
